Michael Heyns Chronological (2004) is a self-published chronological look at this artist’s career and works from early childhood drawings to works from his private collection that captures the important moments of his artistic life.
The book is a billingual (English/Afrikaans) account of his life as an artist including all the styles and media that influenced him over the years, interviews and reviews from various publications and high resolution colourful images of his work and life.
The book consists of 253 pages in three sections including high resolution images, text contributions by Fransi Philips and other published articles in both English and Afrikaans.
